While most of our products are created in Hawai'i, we house inventory on the mainland in order to provide you with the lowest shipping costs we can. When possible, we will ship from our nearest source of inventory.
Canadian customers will receive their packages from B.C., through Canada Post. Depending on inventory, US customers may also receive their parcels from our B.C. location.
Typically, US customers will receive their packages from our California facilities, through USPS. Again, depending on inventory at locations, parcels may be routed from Canada. There will be no additional charge if this is the case, yet the shipping may not be as speedy as the US carriers.
